Watch Me Rumble wins at Narromine on Monday
Stratum Star (Stratum) notched up his second first crop winner on Monday when the John Lundholm-trained Watch Me Rumble (2 f ex Cheval Noir by Eagle Rise) beat Sizzling Star (Sizzling) by three quarters of a length in the Maiden Plate (1100m) at Narromine.
The filly was having her second start after finishing a close second at Dubbo on June 11.
Widden Stud’s Stratum Star will stand for a fee of $8,800 (inc GST) again this year. He covered a book of 84 mares last year at Widden.
