Mishani Persuasion breaks his maiden at Eagle Farm
The Raheen Stud-based Heroic Valour (Fastnet Rock) sired his second winner, from as many runners, when the Les Ross-trained Mishani Persuasion (2 g ex Persuades by Commands) took out the QTIS Two-Year-Old Handicap (1000m) at Eagle Farm on Saturday. A homebred for Mike Crook’s Mishani Enterprises, Mishani Persuasion is the fourth winner out of winning Commands (Danehill) mare Persuades and he was knocked down to Vaunstreet Logistics for $8,000 when offered by KBL Thoroughbreds at the Magic Millions National Yearling Sale earlier this year.
Heroic Valour, who is currently leading the first season sires table by earnings and winners, stands for a fee of $7,700 (inc GST).
