A half-sister to G1-winning colt Choice Bro will be offered at the fourth annual Yarradale Stud yearling sale in WA on Sunday.
The filly is by Dubawi from Ladidi, the dam of four winners topped by the current Kiwi juvenile star.
Choice Bro (Chosir x Ladidi by Palace Music) is currently in Brisbane, earning his trip to the winter carnival after winning the G1 Manawatu Sires' Produce Stakes at Awapuni in March when the John Sargent-trained colt beat stbalemate Magic Shaft (Shaft) G1 Diamond Stakes winner Warhorse (General Nediym).
Choice Bro won on debut at Ellerslie in December before running fourth to Ockham's Razor in the $1 million Karaka Million. He turned the tables on the Karaka Million winner in the G3 Taranaki 2YO Classic at Pukekura before a luckless run behind Warhorse in the Diamond Stakes at Ellerslie leading into the Manawatu Sires' Produce Stakes.
Choice Bro and his younger half-sister at the Yarradale Sale are from a family tracing back to champion mare Pure Of Heart.
The Yarradale Stud sale boasts a catalogue of 64 yearlings.
