Racing and Sports finds the best-backed runners in early betting on Monday’s meeting at Echuca.
Classic Diva (Race 1) has been backed into second favouritism at $4.40, which is more than three points shorter than an earlier quote. In a race where all but one runner is on debut, the High Chaparral filly looks primed for a good start to her career after winning a recent barrier trial.
Miss Kashosa (Race 3) still offers each way value at $5.50 with TopBetta after opening well into double figures. The lightly raced mare was at big odds when resuming but she caught the eye running on well for third and has the experience edge on most of this field.Ontoff Ofthe World (Race 4) is challenging the favourite at $4 after firming a full point in early betting. He made a good debut when second to stakes performed filly So Serene and is expected to improve plenty with that experience under the belt.
Surf Coast (Race 5) opened a joint market elect but good support has seen him firm more than a dollar to take a grip on betting at $2.50. The Darren Weir-trained gelding has never finished worse than fourth in four career runs including a Moonee Valley second and will be fitter for his resuming third.Beau Padrille (Race 7) has been a good go at longer odds, opening at $17 but trimming right up to $6 with TopBetta. He makes his first attempt at a staying trip and punters believe that can spark a big improvement in his form.
Rostock (Race 10) looks a good each way chance at $5 having firmed two-and-a-half points early on. He has finished second at his only two attempts at this distance and his lone career win came on a heavy track.Get Best Tote and Fixed Odds betting at TopBetta
