Bel Comic (Race 2) is now second pick in the market at $4.60 having shortened two-and-a-half points. The son of Bel Esprit is on debut for Allen Waymouth so the market push is a positive.Magnus Bay (Race 4) is challenging for favouritism at $4.40 having firmed a couple of points early. The lightly-raced gelding is showing promise including a close Pakenham placing two starts back.
