Eshitiraak (Race 4) opened as a joint favourite but has edged to the top of the market at $2.50 having shortened a half point. He won three in a row before being a beaten favourite in the VRC Sires last start but this looks an easier assignment.

Bassett (Race 6) is a renewed sprinter this time in having won both of his starts since a spell, the latest in stakes company. The punters are banking on him continuing that form and have backed him in close to a point as a $3.60 favourite with TopBetta fixed odds.

Fabulonh (Race 9) could be worth an each way ticket at $7.50 having almost halved his opening quote. The consistent gelding resumes off good form last campaign and is a previous first up winner.
