The team return with two selections across both codes on Wednesday…

Today's horse racing tips.

In the 2m½f Grosvenor Sport Win Rewards Every Day EBF Junior "National Hunt" Hurdle (13:55) at Newbury, the experience of Robert Llewellyn's Blue Moon Lady could prove important.

A daughter of Pether's Moon, from the maternal family of German flat Black Type performers Dayano, Damus and Dawn Twister, Blue Moon Lady made an encouraging start to her hurdling career when taking the 2m Alpha Aggregates EBF Fillies' Junior "National Hunt" Hurdle at Ludlow in mid-December. Backed in the market before the off, she disputed the lead in the early stages of the race and was comfortably at the fore with four flights to jump. Ninna Collina came up to dispute at the second-last, causing Blue Moon Lady to make a minor error.

Under encouragement, the then-three-year-old rallied and ran on well to secure the victory by one-and-a-half lengths, showing a good attitude to win. Blue Moon Lady will undoubtedly benefit from that experience and with conditional jockey Charlie Price booked to ride again, she sits on the lowest weight of the field – 10st 7lb.

WIN – BLUE MOON LADY – 9/1

Help Me Rhonda won over course and distance on her last outing and is selected to defy a 2lb rise in the weights to follow up in the 1m Unibet Zero% Mission Fillies' Handicap (19:00) at Kempton.

Coming from the rear of the field to score by a neck, the James Fanshawe-trained filly showed enough to suggest there is some scope for further improvement. This is reaffirmed in a career best speed figure registered of 73 (ATR) for that effort. Having raced just three times previously on the all-weather, it might appear that the four-year-old is adapting to the surface after a string of suboptimal performances.

Kaiya Fraser represents good value for his 3lb claim, and has proven a powerful combination with Fanshawe in recent months. He boasts a 26.67% strike rate when riding for the Newmarket handler, as well as a positive P/L of £21.25 to a £1 stake.

With all but one of the field conceding weight to the selection, current odds of 3/1 could represent some value.
