Given to Rachael Blackmore for services to sport, the Honorary MBE recognises foreign and Commonwealth nationals who have made an outstanding contribution to the UK.

Rachael Blackmore was the first woman to win the Grand National aboard Minella Times in 2021 and achieved the same feat in the Cheltenham Gold Cup on A Plus Tard in 2022. She is probably best known for her partnership with recently-retired Honeysuckle, who achieved back-to-back Champion Hurdles at the Cheltenham Festival in 2021 and 2022.

Off the racetrack, Blackmore's exploits have been recognised by industry and wider audience awards. She was named RTÉ Sports Person of the Year, The Irish Times' Ireland Sportswoman of the Year and BBC World Sport Star of the Year after her Grand National victory in 2021.
