Mark Newnham's Sing Dragon and Full Credit went flat out to give their trainer not just the win but the quinella.
That was in Sha Tin on the AWT in the Peninsula Golden Jubilee Challenge Cup over 1200m. Chadwick was on the winner and Poon the runner up and they both had a weight advantage over most of their rivals. Full Credit had a dodgy start so if he had got out cleanly the result could have been different.
Third went to Call Me Glorious on 14.0 and Tomodachi Kokoroe seems to be coming back to form with a good fourth.
After the race J Mac said that he didn't think Raging Blizzard liked the surface and didn't respond to his jockey's requests in the straight.
