Lemon Pop won his 6th G1 in as many starts and now will head to his next career on Darley's Stallion Roster.  He only just won as Wilson Tesoro put in a huge finish and it was a tight photo with the result going to Lemon Pop by a bee's proverbial.

Our roughie Dura Erede got a fantastic ride from Ryan Moore and squeezed through on the fence to take third spot for the second year running.

Unfortunately Gaia Force did not like either the surface or the kick-back or both.

On Saturday Chevalier Rose won the Stayers by a nose from Cils Blancs who started on 102.00 and was the ride of Tom Marquand.  Dandyism was third on 12.3.  Iron Barrows led for most of the race but did not have a finish to compete with the attacking pack.  It can safely be said that the last four home did not get the trip and that includes Mixology, and there were a few other who would have preferred it a bit shorter.
