  • Saturday, 25 January (night session from 4pm) & Sunday, 26 January 2025 (all day from 10am)
  • Inaugural event in March 2024 attracted over 13,500 over two days, organisers are projecting over 20,000 across the two days in 2025
  • Over 30% of ticket holders came from outside the ACT, making it Canberra's newest driver of tourism
  • A number of tickets were purchased from overseas
  • The event featured a purpose-built exhibition circuit on the Thoroughbred Park site and at the heart of the Festival
  • There were over 220 rare supercars from around the world at the 2024 event, with over 300 projected for 2025
  • The circuit showcased some of the world's rarest vehicles in 2024, including a Ferrari F40, Lola F1 car, Ferrari P4 Le Mans, plus modern exotics like a Lamborghini Aventador and McLaren Senna
  • The top echelon of Australian motorsport was also represented by the Gen3 Camaro Supercars racer of Canberra Festival of Speed ambassador Cameron Hill and the Matt Stone Racing team.
  • The Canberra Festival of Speed was born out of a partnership between the Canberra Racing Club and two young Canberra entrepreneurs who are Project Supercars
  • The event features a distinct European flare with a European food village including flavours from Italy, Germany, France and beyond
  • Organisers worked with many different stakeholders to find an appropriate date for the 2025 event, with the 25th and 26th of January chosen as it compliments both a busy Canberra events program and the Australian Motorsport calendar
  • The event will again be sanctioned by Motorsport Australia with full safety protocols in place
  • Accessible and open to all ages
