Australian thoroughbred TAB meetings are today held at Murwillumbah, Geelong, Goulburn and Cranbourne.

MURWILLUMBAH: RACE 6 @ 3:20 PM

DAEDALUS (8) tough gelding with solid third-up figures. Has come back even stronger this time in after returning good sectional splits when third over 1400m at Beaudesert on May 4. Should get the right tempo to finish over the top of these. SPILL THE SECRET (2) holding his form well and ready for this distance now. Strong through the line when fifth over 1350m at Ipswich on May 11. Expected to run well. INTROVERT (5) trained on the track and drop in weight suits. Third-up today when a plugging ninth with the 61kg over 1410m at Grafton at the latest. Has top three claims. OCEAN SHORES (3) first-up with a handy record over this trip. Well drawn today and look for him charging late.
SELECTIONS: Daedalus to win.

GATTON: RACE 1 @ 11:15 AM

WET FAT CAT (7) resumes here but the form she showed when last in work was good enough to feature in a race like this. Has placed over this sprint journey and gets in well at the weights with the 2kg claim. Can return in winning order. LOADED GUN (4) looked good when resuming with a solid third at Ipswich and will have come on with that run now under the belt. Looms as the main danger. DOLLY'S A NATURAL (8) has placed two from three over this track and trip and may earn some minor money again. BOITUMELO (9) next best.
SELECTIONS: Wet Fat Cat to shed the maiden tag.

GEELONG: RACE 4 @ 2:30 PM

SACRED INGOT (4) went close at Cranbourne but was plainer at Pakenham following and will be better for it. Maps for the run of the race and John Allen's booking is a decent push. Rates the one to beat. CASCADE MOUNTAIN (13) is some threat. He was also well beaten at Pakenham but impressed at Ballarat prior on debut. Fitter again and respect with the first-time blinkers applied. SHE SAID (12) finally draws a handy barrier and can sit closer. No surprise to see a much-improved effort. LEMBEH (8) kicked off her career with a moderate eighth over 1600m at Werribee two-and-a-half weeks ago. Will take a lot from that run and is open to improvement.
SELECTIONS: Backing Sacred Ingot.

GOULBURN: RACE 8 @ 4:15 PM

SASS 'N' CHEEK (3) was narrowly beaten twice at Canberra in CL1s before winning a CL2 at Wagga. She's heading in the right direction and comes back several grades. Maps for a soft run and Louise Day knows her well. FACTORING PROFIT (10) missed a nose here before a plain effort on the tricky Queanbeyan track. That was out of character and he's suited in this line-up with a handy 3kg claim. He's likely to push forward and should go close. GREAT WEEK (7) led all the way winning here at this level over 1500m. He draws to advantage and will get every chance to repeat the dose. DENI GAL (4) is yet to break through this campaign but hasn't been far away including a last start third over 1460m at Queanbeyan. Don't underestimate.
SELECTIONS: Backing Sass 'N' Cheek.

CRANBOURNE: RACE 5 @ 7:15 PM

TRUFFLE FINDER (5) has been a model of consistency of late, placing at his past three and comes through a strong midweek BM70 at Sandown Hillside when third behind a pair of smart types. Rates highly off that effort and gets his chance now. RACKEMANN (2) has run third in both runs back from a spell. He was just behind Truffle Finder when they met at Pakenham and he should be fitter for this match up. RICH AND JOYFUL (7) was good last start at Pakenham and can take catching. MAJORITY INTEREST (3) next best.
SELECTIONS: Keen on Truffle Finder.
