Australian thoroughbred TAB meetings are today held at Warwick Farm, Muswellbrook, Mildura, Ipswich and Gawler.

WARWICK FARM: RACE 6 @ 4:00 PM

BONITA QUEEN (2) has been a model of consistency this time in and chasing her third straight win. Kept fresh after giving them a galloping lesson over this track and trip on September 4. Fitted with an 800m trial win and can continue where she left off. NEGOTIATIONS (3) returned good figures late when resumed for an unlucky head second over 1000m at Randwick Kensington on September 11. Gets Osmond's claim again and undefeated second up. EPIC PROPORTIONS (4) third up today and has come back much more dynamic this time in. Nailed late when second over 1150m at Randwick Kensington on September 11. Expected to figure prominently.
SELECTIONS: Bonita Queen to win.

MUSWELLBROOK: RACE 6 @ 4:55 PM

THUNDERING SOUL (1) is back from a 19-week break. Raced twice last prep and was outclassed in metro grade two-year-old races. Bar lowered this prep so he should be very competitive. ALTERCATION (11) won at Tuncurry first-up then tackled a similar race to this here four weeks ago and was just fair in finishing fourth. Lightly raced so can improve off that run. BEYOND MY KEN (8) is back from a 27-week spell. Won over this trip at Scone on debut before finding Linebacker and co too classy in the Baillieu at his only other run. Trialling well and gets the blinkers this prep so certainly one to monitor.
SELECTIONS: Thundering Soul goes on top.

MILDURA: RACE 3 @ 1:10 PM

RAVENITE (7) looks clearly the one to beat. He's placed in all three runs this time in, beaten under a length as favourite here last time out. Finds the right race here and is open to further improvement. Go close. CAVILL TYCOON (1) debuted over this trip at Wodonga and ran quite well for fourth when hard in the market. Will be better for that and hard to run down. JOVIALE (2) wasn't beaten all that far first up at Morphettville and should find this easier. Can figure. PAULSIN (5) was good two back at Donald and has minor claims off that. CHEERS TO US (8) is on debut and can run well.
SELECTIONS: Ravenite to win.

IPSWICH: RACE 5 @ 5:03 PM

READY AND LUCKY (15) got the maiden out of the way before the spell and will have taken a bunch of confidence from that victory. Revved up for this with two recent trials and can go right on with the job this preparation. MILTON ROAD (7) saves his best form for this journey with a win and a placing from three attempts and must be respected from the Dunn camp. Can feature with any luck from the sticky alley. DATA PATCH (2) has placed over this course and distance and gets 3kg off from the favourable draw. Has to be included.
SELECTIONS: Ready And Lucky to return a winner.

GAWLER: RACE 5 @ 3:50 PM

FAST BUBBLES (2) followed up an impressive maiden win in his penultimate start with a game effort for second by a head as favourite at Strathalbyn 12 days ago. He gets a nice swing in the draw this time and can take this out. Follow your money. HADAR (1) delivered as expected on a heavy track at Hamilton 3 weeks ago and looks to have the scope to go right on with the job now. Stick with him. THERE GOES MY HERO (4) was bought out of NZ last season and just battled fresh up at Balaklava when well-found in the market that day. He has been to the trials since then and got the job done comfortably and should be back on track with his campaign. A win would be no surprise.
SELECTIONS: There Goes My Hero each way.
