Money Bags looks set to continue his winning streak when lining up in a small field at Morphettville Parks on Saturday.
The Phillip Stokes-trained runner has won his last three, all coming at this course, dropping back slightly in trip on last starts effort.
Money Bags has finished in the placings his last six runs, winning four of them and placing on the other two occasions.
The five-year-old gelding goes up 2kgs on his last start run but meets only a small field on eight in this and looks the top elect based on recent form.
Currently at $2.60. the biggest danger looks to come from Boristar ($3.20) who is stepping up to the 1400m for the first time.
Expecting Money Bags to settle around midfield from barrier 4 bug generally hits the line well and is hard to go past.
Later in the day White Roe steps out in the Benchmark 72 Handicap, having finished in the placings his last five outings, winning two of them.
The three-year-old gelding was not far away when third at Morphettville last start over 1600m and he drops back to the 1400m today.
From barrier nine, White Roe is likely to push forward and settle up on the speed and will take plenty of running down in this.
The Leon Macdonald and Andrew Gluyus-trained runner rates well on weight adjusted Timeform ratings and at $6.50 represents value for a horse in form.
The lightly raced Seduction Counsel has definitely shown ability in her short career but will need to improve again to be winning here.
The four-year-old mare was runner up at Morphettville last start but goes ups lightly in class again and on weight adjusted Timeform ratings does not quite measure up.
Having had just the five starts, the Tony McEvoy-trained runner is likely to improve again but wether that will be enough the current price of $2.70 is a bit too short to find out.
Smoke Burner has shown good form in Melbourne Whilst Caton and Bit Of A Schiller are also coming off handy form.
