We need to rebound from last week and the Morphettville card appears a positive one.
In the last we see Impulse Diavolo drop back off a BM70 where he was odds on and a little unlucky. Should have finished closer at the very least.
He’s now up to 1400m but his overall form suggests that won’t be a problem.
The gelding gets back anyway so the gate isn’t too much of a hassle assuming they can run on. The claim is a little bonus.
There are enough horses with chances to make sure we get at least decent odds.
Coming back from the Balaklava Cup, Justify That may sprint well off a freshen up.
He raced in the early Spring Adelaide feature sprints and was decent enough in them.
But it is his record here that is important. Seven of his eleven wins come at Morphettville Parks.
He won’t be far away in running and is not badly placed having a clear rating advantage.
