Disposition wins 2014 Crown Perth-Belgravia Stakes Listed $100,000 at Ascot (WA) 3yo, 1200m.
Disposition maintained his unbeaten record now having raced three times for as many wins. He did not show much early pace and settled midfield and wide. He moved up (wide out) rounding the home turn, showed a good turn of foot to hit the lead at the 100m and then drew clear to win impressively by just over two lengths.
The filly Fuld's Bet went straight to the front and led the field until the final 100m and then battled on soundly for second, her first defeat in three starts.
Cuanzo raced in seventh place on the rails, got through to third at the 200m and battled on to hold that position
to the post. The filly Top Show caught the eye running on late from the tail of the field for (3.5 lengths) fourth while the favourite Rebel King (11th) disappointed, tiring after a wide trip.
