Sandown Hillside Race 5 - Pharari

She's always promised plenty and this might be the preparation she makes the leap to blacktype company, running a slick time of 55.57 over the 1000m first up. I'll caveat that by saying the other 1000m race won by Isthums was even faster so the chute was likely playing very quickly, but Pharari has still gone very well and on a firm deck as well which was a query for her. She started $2.10 in the Creswick Stakes before a spell and there should be a mare's sprint sometime over the Spring carnival they can pick out as a target.

Warwick Farm Race 7 - Just Glamourous

This very well bred filly, by Justify out of dual Group 1 winner Global Glamour, has done a very good job to go down by a head here, chasing the tearaway leader throughout over the 1300m and giving the favourite and evential winner a nice cart up into the race. The leader, whom Just Glamourous sat on the hindquarters of, was beaten some 10 lengths while Just Glamourous beat the third horse by 2.5 lengths. If she can find a race she can control next start she'll take plenty of beating.
