We’ve found to follow from Morphettville on Saturday.
Race 1: Lady Skylla
With a lot of exposed form on the nine-race card at Morphettville, we head to the maiden to find one to follow up on. The David Jolly-trained Lady Skylla finished full of running when returning over the 1050m. The four-year-old mare wasn't given the best of chances when taken straight back from the wide alley, left with a stack of ground to make up when turning for home. While her Racing and Sports rating doesn't scream "back me next start", it was how the four-year-old mare was able to finish off in the back half of the race that creates the intrigue. Ridden more positively next time, she'll prove quite the handful to hold out.
