Local trainers Rick Worthington and Bjorn baker have both had a day out at the Warwick Farm barrier trials this morning, each training three winners.
Baker, who's stable has been in good form of late, kicked off his morning in just the second trial with a win to All Black Grit which was quickly followed by the untested California Dane two-year-old filly The Wesleyan, who strode to victory by three lengths.
The Gerry Harvey owned three-year-old filly Quick's The Word who is undefeated from the one start also proved too strong in her trial to round out the day for the stable.
The most notable winner from the Worthington yard came from Whitefriars who proved too strong for Shamus and Hatton Garden as he looks to get his career back on track after a long time on the sidelines through injury.
Stablemate Exotic Espcape was also solid when winning in open company over Didntcostalot with the unbeaten Golden Sunshine proving too strong in her trial.
Of the other jump outs Rebel Dane looked the most impressive when winning by three lengths, whilst Stalwart galloper Danleigh blew off the cobwebs ahead of another autumn campaign.
