Was poor last time and the two above him in the market are coming through some strong last start performances. Further, the jockey is striking at just 6% last 50 whereas the jockeys on the other horses in the market are in much better form.

Sunshine Coast: Race 7; #6 Iamarichgirl 

Has had a couple of recent starts at 1800m now and has just been average in those. Gets back to the track and distance of her most recent win but I don't like the set up after racing at further distances and would rather be with horses that have been building up to 1400m or racing around this distance.

Canterbury: Race 1; #5 Maori Chief 

Against MAORI CHIEF mostly based on his price in this race. He showed good talent on debut hitting the line strongly. But we are expecting a track that favours leaders and if he is back in the field, he may find it trickier to pick up the leaders here today. If the race is run at a quick enough tempo, he looks to have enough talent to win against the potential bias, but at his price I'm not keen to take that risk..
