Race map key in this race. PIPPIE BEACH maps as if he will be back in the run and maybe even on the fence which could prove tricky at this track. She is 1st up and with the potentially tricky race map may be needing this run. A runner like JUST GLAMOUROUS will be out in front and may be better suited on this track even though she is 2nd up off the long spell.
Happy to take a chance laying Pharari, who is far and away the most talented horse in this race and I wouldn't be surprised to see her start even shorter than her $1.50 quote on racemorning, I have a query on her on firm ground, which she is sure to get here.
HARNESS
Bathurst: Race 2; #7 Magic Matteo
Magic Matteo was able to win last week but had the race run to suit and this is a much tougher race tonight.
Bathurst: Race 4; #8 Collective Works
Collective Works is racing in good form but tonight looks a tricky assignment from the outside gate. This race has good depth and from the likely map position of back near last, I think it might be a bridge too far for him tonight.
