$100,000 up for grabs again with bet365's Pick 6 Challenge

Leading bookmaker bet365 are putting $100,000 on the line for any logged-in member who correctly selects the winners of six specified races across the Flemington, Randwick and Eagle Farm cards this weekend. There are also consolation prize pools of $10,000 to be split amongst those who tip five winners and $5,000 for those who 'only' pick four.

The six featured races are outlined below with the R&S team providing pre-race previews to give you a head start on the form.

Flemington Race 7 - ATA Trainers' Trust Handicap @ 3.20pm - 1100m

Carbonados (6) resumes and can take this out. He made his Australian debut first-up last campaign with a strong win at Geelong. The market has a strong opinion of him, sending him out at $4 in the G3 Manfred Stakes the next start when pulling up lame. He's jumped out well and looks a solid chance at odds. Jambalaya (19) is another set to make the leap to this sort of grade. He won very softly on debut at Moonee Valley before two even efforts but has had three trials in Sydney and should take catching. Right To Party (12) ran on well first up in a very messy finish at G3 level in Adelaide. Will be hard to hold out. Steel City (1) was a very smart 2yo but didn't come up last preparation and was spelled again. She's good enough. Pivot City (3) will be thereabouts.

Randwick Race 10 - Racing And Sports Handicap @ 3.40pm - 1600m

Group 2 placegetter Waterford (3) is holding his form well after powering late to finish a narrow second over 1600m in the LR Scone Cup on May 17. Expected to go close in this easier contest. Highlights (16) tough miler racing well. Raced without luck at his last two runs in Victoria and will need a good ride from King from the sticky gate here. Went under narrowly when a nose second over this trip at Caulfield on June 1. Has the speed to get cover early and play a leading role. Ruby Flyer (15) improving gelding going nicely through his grades. Almost a month between runs when wound up strongly late to finish third over this track and trip on May 25. Hard fit with no weight and handles the conditions. Group 3 winner Kibou (12) is a talented gelding who disappointed when dropping out sharply when last in the Scone Cup over 1600m on May 17. This is easier and can return to form.

Eagle Farm Race 8 - Seven Queensland Oaks @ 3.52pm - 2200m

The $700,000 Group 1 Queensland Oaks. Progressive filly Scarlet Oak (4) is still in her first preparation but continues to take that next step on an upwards trajectory. Was impressive saluting in The Roses last time out and now steps up to the 2200m which looks ideal. J Mac sticks and shapes as a top prospect again. Molly Bloom (1) is another Kiwi who has been thereabouts in both local runs this campaign and will be at her peak now third-up from the break. Should be right there at the business end. Ahuriri (9) wasn't too far off them in the SA Derby and the form out of that race has stacked up. In the mix. Mare Of Mt Buller (11) flashed home last start and is drawn to get a cosy run in transit from gate two. Cannot be ignored. Moonlight Magic (5) is on the quick back-up and may earn some minor money.

Flemington Race 8 - RDA Pakenham Trophy @ 4.00pm - 1400m

Elouyou (20) is a progressive type who has run second in both runs back from a spell behind a pair of smart types. The horse that beat him by a nose last time has won well again since. He looks nicely suited out to 1400m on the minimum weight. Le Ferrari (8) seems a bit underrated again. He beat a few of these in a bunched finish last start at Sandown-Hillside but maps ideally again here and must be included. Watadeel (13) was the eye catcher behind Le Ferrari, working home strongly when fresh. Drawn wide again here is the query but will be hard to hold out. Rheinberg (6) and Talbragar (10) were both close up behind Le Ferrari last time and must have claims.

Randwick Race 11 - Catanach's Jewellers Handicap @ 4.20pm - 1400m

Ivan's Hero (20) fifth-up for this and looks ready to win. Has a sound record over this trip and held on well with the 59.5kg when a game seventh over 1300m at Scone on May 18. Drops in weight and looks solid each way value. Starman (10) consistent gelding due for a change of luck. Closed off strongly with the 59kg when a narrow second over this track and trip on May 25. Gets the 2kg claim and has a fitness edge over most of these. Xidaki (11) above average gelding who won the Canberra Guineas last time in. Resumed in the heavy (10) going when a plugging sixth over 1200m in the G3 Gold Coast Guineas at the Sunshine Coast on May 11. Comes to hand quickly and expected to figure in the finish from the good gate. Hollywood Hero (1) will appreciate the sharp drop in grade after charging late from the wide gate when fourth in The Coast over 1600m at Newcastle on May 11. Has the figures to play a leading role.

Eagle Farm Race 9 - The Star Moreton Cup @ 4.29pm - 1200m

The $300,000 Group 2 Moreton Cup. Vilana (3) hails from a handy family (half to 5xG2 winner Savatiano) and should be ready to peak now third-up from the spell. Has three wins and a second from six goes at the trip and is drawn to get a suck run for McDonald from gate three (now two with the scratching of Deepour). Looks the hardest to toss. Opal Ridge (15) was a touch off last preparation but returned in fine fashion with a strong Scone win in the Ortenisa. Will pay to stick with her. Mazu (2) is the class runner of the field and will be prominent if he is anywhere near his best. Insurrection (8) has a solid second-up record and draws the inside alley. Top-three commodity. All That Pizzazz (5) doesn't know how to run a bad race and is one for the multiples.
