Savabeel mare sole lot to make over NZ$100,000 

Bebeleche (Savabeel) was the sole lot to sell for over NZ$100,000 during Gavelhouse's 5 September 2022 auction when she was bought for NZ$102,500. 

Unplaced in four career starts, Bebeleche is a sister to Group 1 New Zealand Oaks (2400m) winner Amarelinha, being out of Hopscotch (O'Reilly). This is also the family of Group 1 winners in Metal Bender (Danasinga) and Keeper (Danehill). 

Other notable lots to sell include winning and Listed placed mare Pullyoursocksup (Thewayyouare) who was bought by Cambridge Stud for NZ$41,000. 

A stallion nomination to LA Stud-based Per Incanto (Street Cry) meanwhile made NZ$43,000.
