The 1/50th share in the Haras d'Etreham-based stallion tops the Arqana Online sale on Tuesday
A 1/50th share in the young Haras d'Etreham-based sire Persian King (Kingman) topped the Arqana Online sale on Tuesday when bought by Patricia Butel for €190,000.
A treble Group 1 winner, Persian King's first crop are now yearlings and his fee is advertised at €25,000 this year.
The Grey Gatsby (Mastercraftsman) had a 1/60th share sell during the auction for €60,000 to Bridge Consignment. He is standing for a fee of €12,000 this year at Haras du Petit Tellier.
During the sale all eight stallion shares and breeding rights offered sold as did the five Purebred Arabians of racing age. The turnover for the 13 lots was €511,000.
