Outstanding mare Dancewiththedevil got the timing right when she won the G1 Summer Cup at Turffontein last Saturday less than 24 hours after she was named the Kwazulu-Natal Breeder's Horse Of The Year.

At the function the chairman of the Kwazulu-Natal Breeders, Koos de Klerk, pointed to the success of KZN-bred horses at the Equus Awards and also reminded that KZN-bred or consigned horses had filled the first two places as well as fourth place in the Vodacom Durban July.
