The Danny Wong trained Captain Fabulous lived right up to his name with a massive win at Taipa on Saturday, making it two wins straight on the sand surface.
Ridden by Brazilian jockey Dayversom Barros, Captain Fabulous dropped his rivals at the top of the straight to race away and win by a whopping eight and a half lengths from Grateful Favors (Ruan Maia), with Mochi Mochi (Eric Cheung) in third.
Captain Fabulous, by Good Journey, is a former Victorian horse who has really found his niche on the Macau sand surface.
Saturday's victory came off an easy win in Class 4 also over 1350m at the end of September.
Captain Fabulous is a product of the 2016 Melbourne Premier Sale where he was knocked down to prominent Caulfield trainer Henry Dwyer for $110,000.
Racing in Victoria as Lux Interior the gelding won an 1100m maiden at Geelong, before bolting away with a BM58 at Wodonga again over 1100m by seven lengths.
Saturday's time for the 1350m was a very creditable 1.22.1 and slicker then Tavezbac in the Class 1 & 2 Handicap suggesting that a rise in grade will not be a concern.
Captain Fabulous is following in the footsteps of another ex Henry Dwyer galloper in Sheng Li Superstar who is proving to be just that with six wins in the enclave, two on the turf and four on the sand including two six lengths victories on the surface.
Dayverson Barros has slotted right into Macau racing since arriving in the enclave in September and again kicked home a double on Saturday's card to give him seven wins for the new season.
The eight year old grey Not A Single Help was the second winner for Barros when he romped home in the Class 5 & 6 over 1350 metres for trainer W H "Rambo" Tse.

Tavezbac has been a difficult horse since day one for Stanley Chin with the trainer having to persevere for seven months to get him to races, the problem being that the gelding just refuses to load into the gates.
Again on Saturday the son of Tavistock held up the start for a considerable time before finally consenting to load.
Saturday's victory gave him three wins and a second place from only seven runs in the enclave. The win also gave Fausto Henrique a double for the day having won the first event on Fortune Fast for trainer Ricky Choi.
