Statistic Of The Week of French Racing News - 4th November 2021.
This weekend's feature Group One weekend of jumps action at Auteuil will feature promising and exciting three-year-old's who take to the stage in the G1 Prix Cambacérès (3600m) (Hurdle). It is a race that has seen some top-quality horses on its roll of honour over the years including the likes of multiples Group One winners De Bon Coeur, Master Dino and Cheltenham Gold Cup winner, Long Run.
In recent years the G2 Prix Georges de Talhouët-Roy (3600m) (Hurdle) has proven an excellent trial race to this contest with five of the last six winners all competing in the event. Three of the past four have completed the course and distance double, whilst it is worth noting that trainer Arnaud Chaille-Chaille saddled the last three.
This year's G2 Prix Georges de Talhouët-Roy (3600m) (Hurdle) winner Golden Son will be looking to to maintain this statistical form-line however Imprenable (2nd) and Saint Bruits (3rd) are both expected to be strong opposition.
