Golden Horn will face nine rivals as he attempts to create his own piece of racing history in the King George VI And Queen Elizabeth Stakes at Ascot on Saturday.
The John Gosden-trained colt is bidding to become the first horse since Nashwan in 1989 to win the Derby, Eclipse and King George in the same season.
He is the only three-year-old in the line-up and will be joined by two stablemates in Eagle Top and Romsdal.
Eagle Top was strongly fancied for the Hardwicke Stakes at Royal Ascot but become embroiled in a barging match early on with Postponed, whom he meets again, that did neither of them any favours.
Romsdal has not been seen since finishing fourth in the Yorkshire Cup behind Snow Sky, who was supplemented for a crack at the mid-summer highlight after winning the Hardwicke.
Snow Sky is owned by Khalid Abdullah, who will also be represented by the Andre Fabre-trained Flintshire.
David Simcock's The Corsican, a fast-finishing fourth to Free Eagle in the Prince of Wales's Stakes, looks sure to be suited by the step back up in trip, while stable companion Madame Chiang, a winner on Champions Day last season, tackles the colts.
Clever Cookie has his first run in a Group One for Peter Niven, with Italian challenger Dylan Mouth, eighth in the Hardwicke last summer, completing the field.
