Wetherby's two-day bet365 Charlie Hall Meeting gets underway tomorrow, Friday, October 28, with a cracking six-race card featuring two Listed contests.

The richest race of the day is the £27,500 Listed bet365 Handicap Chase (3.20pm, eight runners) over an extended two miles and three miles.

Heading the weights on 11st 12lb is Theatre Guide (Colin Tizzard/Paddy Brennan), who enjoyed the biggest success of his career last season when successful in the G3 BetBright Handicap Chase at Kempton Park.

Indian Stream (Neil Mulholland/Noel Fehily, 11st 6lb) landed the Listed EBF/TBA Mares' Novices' Chase Finale at Cheltenham in April and went on to score by a facile 20 lengths in a handicap chase over two miles and five furlongs at Market Rasen in June.

The seven-year-old Generous mare returned to action at Chepstow on October 8, when she finished eighth in a handicap chase over just short of three miles.

Somerset-based Mulholland, who is celebrating his 36th birthday today, commented: "Indian Stream had a nice pipe-opener at Chepstow earlier this month. It looks a nice race at Wetherby tomorrow and hopefully the track will suit her.

"She went up a lot in the weights when she won at Market Rasen but the drop back in trip should suit her tomorrow and she also likes good ground."

Pair Of Jacks (Malcolm Jefferson/Brian Hughes, 10st 13lb) was kept busy through the summer jumping season, scoring at Cartmel in July and was last seen out when runner-up in the Bobby Renton, staged over the same distance as the bet365 Handicap Chase, at Wetherby's opening meeting of the season on October 12.

Norton-based Jefferson said: "Pair Of Jacks is good order.

"It was a good run last time out in the Bobby Renton, although it does look like it will be a bit more of a test tomorrow."

Also set to go to post are Shadows Lengthen (Mick Easterby/Jake Greenall, 10st 7lb), winner of this race in 2014 and Abricot De L'Oasis (Dan Skelton/Harry Skelton, 10st 4lb), who returns to chasing after a successful spell over hurdles last season.

Completing the field are Helium (Alexandra Dunn/Adam Wedge, 10st 3lb), Top Cat Henry (Dr Richard Newland/Aidan Coleman, 10st 3lb), a winner at Wetherby last season, and Degooch (Johnny Farrelly/Brendan Powell, 10st 1lb), who was third in the Bobby Renton Handicap Chase.

The second Listed race on tomorrow's card is the £20,000 Weatherbys Stallion Book Wensleydale Juvenile Hurdle (3.55pm, seven runners) over two miles.

Cliffs Of Dover (Paul Nicholls/Harry Cobden) has remarkably won three races in the last fortnight, most recently at Cheltenham on October 21. He is making his first start in Listed company and his rivals include the Alan King-trained duo of Master Blueyes (Wayne Hutchinson) and Rainbow Dreamer (Tom Cannon), who are both rated in the high 80s on the Flat.

Nietzsche (Brian Ellison/Aidan Coleman) will be making his hurdling debut, having won three times on the Flat over the summer, while Canford Thompson (Micky Hammond/Finian O'Toole) was successful at Wetherby's opening meeting on October 12.
