William Knight sent the daughter of Frosted to Meydan on the back of an impressive victory in a Chelmsford novice event and although beaten on her first four outings in the Middle East, Frost At Dawn quickly proved she was capable of competing with the very best sprinters at Meydan when beating just a head by Charlie Appleby's Great Truth in a valuable conditions event last month.

A subsequent commanding triumph over Star Of Mystery in the Group 3 Nad Al Sheba Turf Sprint earlier in the month would book her ticket to Dubai World Cup night on Saturday. "To think we're running on Dubai World Cup night in the Al Quoz Sprint as maybe one of the more fancied horses is crazy really, but she's thrived since she's been out there," said her trainer, William Knight.

"She's just really enjoying life and you make hay while the sun shines. It's another step up in grade but I think she deserves to take her chance."

Whilst also turning in some eye-catching performances on the track, Frost At Dawn has also been receiving plenty of media coverage for her playful antics in the build-up to this weekend's six-furlong Group 1 prize, for which she is a general 7/1 chance.

"I'm sure people have seen her on social media, she's been putting in a nice few bucks before she canters," said Knight, who is thrilled with his three-year-old's preparation heading into Saturday.

He added: "Abbie has been doing a good job, staying on her is the main thing, she's just well in herself, that's all it is. There's no malice there. She had a breeze on Saturday on the training track which all went to plan. She'll just canter away now moving into the race on Saturday.
