This and the Cotillion are Grade 1 races.

The Cotillion is over 1700m for the 3yo fillies and has a field of 8 with the wonderful Thorpedo Anna running here – odds-on of course so it looks like quinella time with Power Squeeze 4/1 and Tarifa 5/1 the obvious choices.

The Derby looks like being a clash between Dragoon Guard 9/5 Cox-Geroux and Stronghold 5/2 d'Amato-Fresu.  Don't be surprised if Seize The Grey puts his handsome grey nose somewhere in between those two – he could be value on 5/1.
