Australian thoroughbred TAB meetings are today held at Kembla Grange, Kempsey, Pinjarra, Wangaratta and Gatton.

KEMBLA GRANGE: RACE 7 @ 3:45 PM

CRYSTAL WATERS (10) best form is over this track and trip and a win looks imminent. Comes out of a strong race after finishing a close-up fourth over the 1600m here on May 28. Gets in light with the 3kg claim and no excuses. LINGUEE (6) up in trip after returning to form with a gritty nose victory over 1200m at Wyong on June 6. Has a victory over the 1400m so the 1500m shouldn't pose a problem. FUN SUNDAY (4) resumes after jumping in class and trip last time in. Since fitted with two searching trials and has a good record here. Must be respected with the claim. HINCHINJIVE (1) is back in grade today after powering late when an eye-catching second over 1550m at Canterbury on May 29. Gets the right tempo to be strong again late.
SELECTIONS: Crystal Waters to win.

KEMPSEY: RACE 5 @ 2:15 PM

LORD AKOMEED (4) led all the way to score first-up over 1000m at Taree then tried to repeat the feat when stretched to 1262m at the same track last start but tired late. Will take a lot from that run and should prove much tougher to catch this time. DREAMS OF THUNDER (5) raced up on the speed but couldn't finish off over this trip at Taree last time out. Form before that was sound so from a far better gate today she deserves another chance. TSUNODA (2) broke through recently at his fifth start, winding up powerfully to win with a bit in hand over 1205m at Coffs Harbour. Lightly raced and capable of taking this next step. ORSUM (6) has found the line well to fill a minor placing at his two runs this prep. Won third-up when last in work so expect he will peak today. SNEAKY RICH (3) won his maiden at massive odds last start. Tougher today but he is sparingly raced and should keep progressing.
SELECTIONS: Lord Akomeed is great each-way value.

PINJARRA: RACE 2 @ 2:57 PM

PROCESSIO (6) showed plenty in her maiden preparation and was beaten a whisker at Bunbury first-up, spacing the others. Started even money and will keep getting better. Rates clear and it's hard to go past the lethal Pike-Williams linkage. Tougher sorting the rest. HUHTAMAKI (11) debuts and owns a Belmont trial win. Keeps Whiting and is likely to race well. MANGANUI (2) resumed at Northam from a wide gate and needed the outing. He has placed second up and will be sharper. Draws low and is a trifecta hope. Ditto EVERLASTING SPIRIT (7) who placed distantly behind Processio on debut and has a handy gate. She will have taken fitness and experience from that. WHISTLING WARRIOR (8) showed enough on debut to suggest she can pick up some money.
SELECTIONS: Keen on Processio.

WANGARATTA: RACE 6 @ 3:00 PM

GOLDEN ESTRELLA (6) is lightly-raced and has returned this campaign with solid efforts at Cranbourne and Pakenham. Looks nicely off here and is expected to go close. GYMKHANA (5) won well first-up at Pakenham and then made some late ground at Moe last time. Will be further improved and should make a bold bid. THUNDER AWARD (2) has returned with two pleasing runs at Geelong and Pakenham, when just behind the placegetters. Strips even fitter this time and must be included in the hopes. FUZZ BUZZ (3) was a Cranbourne winner in March and three runs since have been mixed, but on her best form is capable of taking this out.
SELECTIONS: Back Golden Estrella to win.

GATTON: RACE 7 @ 3:52 PM

Gollan-trained BRAVE AGENDA (5) can win this at best and will be better for the Doomben outing in stronger. The former NSW galloper has her third run for the yard and is suited over the longer trip. She just needs average luck pushing forward. DARK THINKER (7) also presents for a sharp metro barn. Improved at Ipswich stepping up to 1700m and will be better for that. She also has an awkward barrier but is a winning hope. BETTER BE SLICK (1) was good winning an Ipswich Maiden and then found a tough race at the Sunshine Coast missing a place. This suits better and he maps for the run of the race. A chance. SAXON SLAYER (4) peaks and has been knocking on the door. Maps well and will get every chance in easier.
SELECTIONS: Leaning to Brave Agenda.
