It is Grand National day at Morphettville but we’re concentrating on the flat for our fancies.

Happy to be sticking with a horse who won over the same course and distance just two weeks ago.

Super Fun for Lindsay Park, sat just off the speed in exactly the same standard event and ground them down.

The son of Super Kid has clearly turned the corner. He’s handled all conditions previously but the soft looks perfect.

Expecting him to jump out and be right on the speed all the way from a fair gate. Connections have found the right recipe in keeping him to 1000m.

In the middle distance race on the card, there could be some value in the form of Qadir.

It is true he hasn’t won for some time but he hasn’t raced a lot either. He last ran in what might end up a quality RA Lee Stakes even though the race was run so slowly when he was three wide the trip.

He had no luck being back in the field but finished off OK. Importantly he gets his chances at 1950m.

The only time he raced beyond a mile he scored at Flemington. He looks well placed in this field.
