Indarra wins 2015 Dandenong Stakes Listed $120,000 at Sandown-Hillside (VIC) 3yoFillies, 1400m.

Indarra was handy enough after they jumped but lost her position before the field started on the corner, drifting to midfield, three off the fence. Once the field straightened she was equal widest but making ground on the leaders. Passing the 300 metres she lengthened stride and ranged up to challenge at the hundred, pushing ahead to be a little too good at the post.

Mihalic was fourth last down the back but saving ground. She moved off the fence to track the winner into the long Sandown straight and tried to get alongside the winner but stayed on well for a fighting second.

Antelucan was midfield rounding the turn and upon straightening had a clear run on Indarra’s and Mihalic’s inner but could not quite match their finishes in the final 100 metres to go down narrowly.
