The G3 3yo at 1200m saw the filly No More Tears enjoy the cushion in the track and show her class the closing 200m. No More Tears sat in the trail but critically worked off turning for home from the slower inside lane area almost all day at Ellerslie to surge up potently and take the lead 200m out before going clear.
