Fallon Sherrock maintained her chances of advancing to the knockout rounds of the Grand Slam of Darts with a hard-fought victory over Martijn Kleermaker on Sunday.
The winner of the PDC Women’s Series, who lost 5-1 to Michael Van Gerwen in her Group G opener, narrowly defeated Dutchman Kleermaker 5-4 in Wolverhampton.
Van Gerwen advanced to the next round after edging out Rob Cross 5-4 in a nail-biting final leg.
