Australian champion sire Lonhro has one youngster to represent him in the 40th annual Dubbo Yearling Sale on February 12.
The Lonhro yearling is included in a consignment of nine lots from Darley Stud.
The others in the draft are by Street Cry (3 lots), Commands (3) and Strategic (2).
Street Cry, the sire of Whobegotyou and Shocking, has a filly from the Commands mare and Sydney winner Celtic Lore.
His others are a filly from Momentous, a well bred American winner, and a colt from Slovakia, a sister to Librettist and a half-sister to Dubai Destination, both G1 winning shuttle sires.
Emirates Park Stud is also supporting the Dubbo sale with the biggest draft of 10 lots, six by the new imported sire Eavesdropper. Three are by another newcomer, the Redoute's Choice sprinter Mutawaajid and one by the good Danehill sire Al Maher.
Eavesdropper, an American Listed winner at sprint distances, is one of the most powerfully bred sires with first crop yearlings in Australia this year.
He is a half-brother by Kingmambo to three stakes winners including US Horse of the Year and champion sire A.P. Indy.
Among the Eavesdropper progeny in the sale is a colt from Celestial Dancer's Brisbane winner Cunning Kick, the producer of four winners.
Among other quality sires represented in the Dubbo catalogue are Lucky Owners (4 lots), Al Maher, Benicio, Bite the Bullet, Dane Shadow, Excites, Henny Hughes, Intergaze, Lion Heart, Marwina, Snippetson, Southern Image, Volcanic Prince, Youthful Legs, Shaft and Musket.
Another well represented sire is Enemy Of Average (6 lots), a half-brother by Mr. Prospector's Kentucky Derby winner Fusaichi Pegasus to Exceed And Excel, the Danehill champion sprinter and sire.
The first crop sires include Bon Hoffa, a former fast Melbourne sprinter by Belong To Me.
Bon Hoffa, who covered 160 mares in 2010 and 198 last season, was the winner of nine races in 23 starts including the G1 Rupert Clarke Stakes at Caulfield and the G3 Bobbie Lewis at Flemington.
Bon Hoffa four lots, all fillies, include a daughter of Deal Or No Deal, a Melbourne 2YO winning sister by Encosta de Lago to multiple stakes winner Brockman's Lass and others from mares by Dehere, Last Tycoon and Canny Lad.
All but five of the 69 yearlings in the Dubbo catalogue are eligible for BOBS bonuses.
The yearling sale, to be held in the Dubbo Showgrounds indoor sale auditorium, will be followed by the auction of nine broodmares by Danehill, Danzero, Encosta de Lago, Galileo, Numerous, Palace Music, Strategic, Success Express and Thunder Gulch.
