Red Dragonfly appears set to maintain his unbeaten record in the country when he lines up in the 1275m Class 5 contest at Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.
Red Dragonfly arrived from Singapore as a twenty start maiden but has found his niche since joining the Selangor stables of Ooi Chin Chin earlier this year. The four year old looked impressive on his local debut scoring by 1.75 lengths over 1150m on Track Two.
However, his second victory was arguably more appealing when he recovered from a slow beginning to win forging away by 3.25 lengths with 4.5 kg more to carry. Jockey CK Khaw has built a good rapport with RED DRAGONFLY as the pair search for the winning hat trick from the outside barrier.
