And yes there is a Constitution Hill!

Wonderful to see Constitution Hill come back to his winning ways after a series of setbacks kept him off the course for over a year.

In possibly his biggest test to date the talented Irish mare Lossiemouth could get no closer than 2 ½ lengths and despite arguments she wasn't at her best the result is there for all to see.  There were only four runners in this edition of the Christmas Hurdle.

In the King George there were 11 runners and there was a thrilling contest between Il Est Français who had led for virtually all of the race and Banbridge who came charging through at the finish and had the momentum which got him over the line.  Envoi Allen was not jumping well and then unseated his jockey so that was that.

Earlier The Jukebox Man won like an odds-on favourite should and won the Novices Chase from Hylands and there were only 5 runners here.
