The Queensland Summer Racing Carnival reaches a crescendo this Saturday at the Gold Coast Turf Club with the running of the 2025 Magic Millions Raceday.

With over $14.5 million in prizemoney across a quality 10-race card, it is easy to see why this meeting is the jewel in Queensland Racing's crown and why it captures the attention of the racing public every year.

We've cast our eye over the meeting and provided our best bets in each race.

Race 1 - 1:30PM: MAGIC MILLIONS MAIDEN PLATE (1100 METRES)

Volatile (12) hasn't had a great deal of luck in any of his four career starts to date but looks set to run a bold race.

The Peter Snowden-trained gelding showed a glimpse of his ability in his second start in the Inglis Golden Gift where he was held up for a large portion of the straight but still finished 2.3 lengths third to Shangri La Express.

That race has produced six subsequent winners, so the form from it has been excellent.

The three-year-old son of Snitzel has been given seven months to develop and that time away has done him the world of good based on a recent trial win where he stylishly won by nearly three lengths.

Tommy Berry can settle just off what looks like a strong speed.

1 Unit – Volatile (12)

BET NOW: Gold Coast Race 1

Race 2 - 2:05PM: MAGIC MILLIONS COUNTRY CUP (1200 METRES)

Slippin' Jimmy (7) looks ready for a bold showing first-up following a nice Sunshine Coast trial.

The David Vandyke-trained son of Pariah raced in terrific form last preparation with four wins from six starts including his most recent two races at Grafton and Coffs Harbour.

He's undefeated in two races over this distance.

Top front-running jockey Tim Clark can make full use of barrier 2 and give his mount a great run on speed.

1 Unit – Slippin' Jimmy (7)

BET NOW: Gold Coast Race 2

Race 3 - 2:40PM: MAGIC MILLIONS THE DEBUT 2YO PLATE (1000 METRES)

The Debut is a tricky race to unpack given we don't know how the baby first starters will handle the pressure of race day.

Tony Gollan looks to have a professional filly on his hands in the form of Exceloquent (4).

The daughter of Exceed And Excel led all the way for a 2.5 length win in a Doomben 1000m trial and a stylish mover in doing so.

Blake Shinn is a key booking and will look to settle in a prominent position.

1 Unit – Exceloquent (4)

BET NOW: Gold Coast Race 3

Race 4 - 3:15PM: MAGIC MILLIONS SUBZERO (2200 METRES)

Belvedere Boys (5) earned his spot in the Magic Millions Subzero by winning The Shoot Out at Eagle Farm last start.

The Matt Dunn-trained son of Maurice recovered from being crowded early in the 2100m contest, to storm home and win by 1.2 lengths.

He was a month between runs so will strip fitter and is racing in great form having won the Country Classic at Randwick two starts ago.

He's drawn wide but there looks to be good speed in the race which should see Blake Shinn able to slide across and settle around midfield.

1 Unit – Belvedere Boys (5)

BET NOW: Gold Coast Race 4

Race 5 - 3:50PM: MAGIC MILLIONS FILLIES & MARES (1300 METRES)

Semana (3) is the best weighted filly or mare under the set weight conditions of the Magic Millions Fillies & Mares.

The Ciaron Maher-trained daughter of Winning Rupert resumes here on the back of a soft trial where she dropped out the back before working well to the line.

She races well fresh and easily won her only previous start at the track which was the Magic Millions Cup on this day last year.

Go forward tactics worked that day from the wide gate, and I'd like to see Blake Shinn try similar.

1 Unit – Semana (3)

BET NOW: Gold Coast Race 5

Race 6 - 4:25PM: MAGIC MILLIONS SNIPPETS (1200 METRES)

Hard To Say (6) returns to the Gold Coast looking to improve on his fifth placing in last year's edition of the Magic Millions Snippets.

The Jason Deamer-trained gelding races well in Queensland and proved that two starts back when finishing just under a length fourth over this distance at Doomben.

Last start he dropped back to 1000m in Listed The Bribie and was doing his best work late as he charged through the line to finish a close third to Golden Boom.

He has since been back to the trials where he produced a very pleasing piece of work to win.

Blake Shinn should be able to settle just behind what promises to be a fast tempo.

1 Unit – Hard To Say (6)

BET NOW: Gold Coast Race 6

Race 7 - 5:05PM: GOLD COAST MAGIC MILLIONS 2YO CLASSIC (1200 METRES)

Invincible Woman (10) is a professional filly that does everything right and that is exactly the type of youngster you need for the Magic Millions 2YO Classic

The Kennewell & Yeomans-trained daughter of I Am Invincible was excellent on debut over 1100m at Caulfield Heath when after being eyeballed in front, she shot clear to easily win by 2.8 lengths.

She's since had a trial at the Gold Coast where she turned in a very nice piece of work to win with heavyweight jockey Matthew Palmer in the saddle.

She has the tactical versality to lead or take a sit for Damian Lane.

2 Units – Invincible Woman (10)

BET NOW: Gold Coast Race 7

Race 8 - 5:45pm: GOLD COAST MAGIC MILLIONS 3YO GUINEAS (1400 METRES)

Snitzanova (6) is racing in a purple patch of form and is shooting for her fourth win in a row in the Magic Millions 3YO Guineas

The Ciaron Maher-trained Snitzel filly was last seen winning the G2 Sandown Guineas in heavy conditions and despite a wide run.

She's six weeks between runs but that freshen-up can work given she won over this distance off a month break.

Wet or dry, she's equally adept and the likely strong speed will aid her cause.

1 Unit – Snitzanova (6)

BET NOW: Gold Coast Race 8

Race 9 - 6:20PM: MAGIC MILLIONS CUP (1400 METRES)

Charm Stone (6) returns to the races for the first time since finishing a luckless eighth in the G1 Rupert Clark Stakes.

The Price & Kent Jnr-trained mare races well fresh and kicked off two preparations ago with a win in the G3 Quezette Stakes.

She should be ready to fire here on the back of a nice piece of work in a recent 900m Rosehill trial.

She's well placed in this field and maps to get a great run for Damian Lane in the 2025 Magic Millions Cup.

1 Unit Each Way – Charm Stone (6)

BET NOW: Gold Coast Race 9

Race 10 - 6:55PM: MAGIC MILLIONS QTIS OPEN (1300 METRES)

Cifrado (2) has been in superb form this preparation.

The Rex Lipp-trained Encryption gelding opened his campaign with back-to-back seconds in the Swiss Ace Plate and the G3 George Moore Stakes.

He then proved too strong in the Listed Lough Neagh Stakes when steaming home for a 2.2 length win.

Last start in the Buffering he found the line strongly along the inside when the better going was on the outside so there was plenty of merit in his 1.5 length third

He's at peak fitness now and drawn to get a great run in the Magic Millions QTIS Open this year.

2 Units Each Way – Cifrado (2)

BET NOW: Gold Coast Race 10
