Favourite Catchy - last season's Blue Diamond Stakes (Gr.1, 1200m) winner - returned to winning form, taking her record to five wins in seven starts. She was squeezed early from barrier eight but jockey Regan Bayliss gave her time to find her feet, settling back and wide.

At the crossing she was midfield, but in the clear then at the 300m, Bayliss gave her a shake and she closed in on the leaders, grabbed the lead inside the 100m, and held on to win comfortably by three quarters of a length.

Jukebox led at the 300m, co-led at the 200m, was passed by the winner but fought hard right to the line. Booker, who was second at the 300m, co-led with Jukebox at the 200m and never gave up for a good third, headed late. Taking Aim put in a strong continuous run from third last to claim fourth.
