Conference Finals are here and we've taken an early look at the best prop bets of the weekend.

Brock Purdy over 216.5 Passing Yards @ $1.88

Purdy has cleared this line in four of his last six games and could easily clear it here in what shapes to be a more tightly fought game than what the Niners have experienced recently. Purdy has never been overly challenged offensively yet but the Eagles will certainly do this, expect Philly to put up points, forcing Purdy and the Niners to become more aggressive through the air. More passing attempts will benefit this line, giving more opportunities for yards after the catch monsters Deebo Samuel, Christian McCaffrey and George Kittle. Even if the Eagles blow this game out early, there will be plenty of garbage time for San Francisco to try and catch up.

Kadarius Toney over 35.5 Receiving Yards @ $1.88

Betting on Toney is always a dangerous prospect with his hamstrings likely to burst at any moment, however, there's no denying that when healthy, Toney is electric with the ball in hands. Able to make players miss with ease, the Chiefs will want to utilise Toney in open space, especially with a potentially hobbled Mahomes unable to make the special plays he normally does. A short passing game may be the answer for the Chiefs and pairing this with a currently healthy Toney could be the key for KC to finally take down these Joe Burrow Bengals.

Joe Burrow over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns @ $1.54

If the Bengals want to beat KC, they will need to put up points. Even an injured Mahomes is still an elite quarterback and you know the Chiefs will always put-up points offensively. It will once again be up to Burrow to outpace the opposing team, doing enough to stay ahead and come away with the victory. Burrow has already torched KC in the three games he has played them in, both Jamarr Chase and Tee Higgins getting plenty involved. Burrow should be a lock for two passing touchdowns here barring some unfortunate luck
