Fourth in the Group 1 Poule de Essai des Pouliches, Romantic Style heads a small but international field for the race, with multiple countries represented.

"We are very pleased with Romantic Style heading into her seasonal return and her preparation has gone well," said trainer Charlie Appleby.

"This is a starting point ahead of a potential European campaign and, if she runs to the level she showed in the French Guineas, it will make her the one to beat. Hopefully, this can set her up for a good year."

Norway-based trainer Niels Peterson will be aiming for a fairytale result for his filly Easywithme, who was purchased for 6,000 at Goffs. A four-time winner, the daughter of El Kabeir finished third in the Listed Lanwades Stud Stakes at Bro Park in September.

"She's a smart little filly, although obviously she has a few pounds to find. She's only run six times and she hasn't done a lot wrong. She ran against the Danish filly [Ultima] but on very heavy ground which she just didn't handle.

"She's going to love the ground, love the distance and I wouldn't be surprised if she picked up a nice cheque."

Veronika Jandova's Ultima, trained in Denmark, boasts some impressive form in Germany and out-ran market expectations when taking the Group 3 Herbst-Stuten-Preis at Hanover (Germany) in October. It was a second Stakes win for the daughter of Amaron, who took the Listed Lanwades Stud Fillies and Mares Stakes at home track Ovrevoll in August.

The trio will be joined by two further British representatives, the Alice Haynes-trained Ziggy's Dream and Simon and Ed Crisford's Choisya. Ziggy's Dream successfully achieved Black Type when winning the Listed Premio Nogara at San Siro last year whilst Choisya has been attempting to make the transition to Group company as a multiple winner in UK handicaps.
