Group 1-placed mare to be offered on Early September auction
Dual Group 1-placed mare Sheezdashing (Myboycharlie) will be offered on the Inglis September (Early) Online Auction, where bidding will open on September 4 and close on September 9.
While the daughter of Myboycharlie (Danetime) only once in her 25 start career, she was no stranger to performing well at the highest level, finishing a narrow second in the Schweppes Oaks (Gr 1, 2000m), while she also ran third in the Queensland Oaks (Gr 1, 2200m) on her next start.
Purchased by Mathew Ellerton and Simon Zahra for $52,500 at the Inglis Melbourne VOBIS Gold Yearling Sale, the mare is out of Dashing Oberon (Falbrav).
Dashing Oberon herself is out of Listed scorer and Group 2-placed mare Dashing Granada (Keltrice), making half-sister to Listed winner Celebrity Girl (Starcraft) - the dam of fellow Listed scorer Instant Celebrity (Not A Single Doubt) and the dam of Star Kingdom Stakes (Gr 3, 1200m) winner Generalife (Lonhro).
Dashing Granada is a sister to Group 3 winner Northeast Shelia - the dam of Listed winner Jacqueline Rouge (Ne Coupez Pas), while Dashing Granada also counts Kablammo (Marauding) among her half-siblings.
