A couple of relations to high-profile performers who started life at Michael Christian's Longwood Thoroughbred Farm will launch their racing careers alongside each other on Friday at Mornington.

Rambling, a $1.45 million yearling, and In Secret's half-sister Secret Elegance appear alongside each other in the racebook and were born just two weeks apart at Longwood.

Secret Elegance was the first born of the pair and will become the third to race for former speedy filly Eloping, a daughter of Choisir who is now best known as the dam of In Secret.

That daughter of I Am Invincible was the star filly of her generation, winning the Group 1 Coolmore Stud Stakes in the spring of her three-year-old season before returning to Flemington a few months later to win the Group 1 Newmarket Handicap.

Secret Elegance, a daughter of Snitzel, went through the Inglis Premier Sale ring just days before that Newmarket and was secured by G W Racing Bloodstock and James Bester for just $325,000 and is in the care of Peter Gelagotis.

Mick Price and Michael Kent Jnr train Rambling, who was much more popular at last year's Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale.

The daughter of Zoustar was one of the 20 seven-figure yearlings at that sale, being snapped up by renowned top-end filly purchaser Sheamus Mills.

Rambling is out of the Red Ransom mare Fuddle Dee Duddle, which makes her a sister to Group performer Brereton.

Fuddle Dee Duddle is also a half-sister to Group 2 winner Hallowell Belle and Bella Orfana, who is the dam of this year's The Everest winner Bella Nipotina.

Rambling is $2.60 favourite for the 1000-metre event for three-year-old fillies, which is the fifth race on the card, from Secret Elegance, who is $3.80 second elect.

Also engaged is Shane Nichols-trained debutant Kentucky Women, the latest product of Magnus and Kamuniak the mating that produced two-time Group 1 winner Streets Of Avalon.
