But she feels as if she has come up incredibly short in this market given the fact that she may have a few things slightly against her from a map and conditions perspective as well as the fact that rivals in the race form lines aren't the worst either. At below that even money price I think there is an opportunity to have a small play against her.
Parch was well supported in a harder race at Caulfield last start but had every chance with pattern in favour and was plain late. I don't like him up in trip and he gets a negative jockey switch.
GREYHOUNDS
The Meadows: Race 9; #8 Money Palace
Money Palace can be slow to leave the boxes and it tends to cost him winning races more often than not. With another Box 8 here he is going to set himself a task and I would prefer him drawn closer to the rails if I wanted to Back him, hence the Lay with the wide box.
The Meadows: Race 12; #1 Aston Gozo
Aston Gozo has raced here previously and punctured late. This time around she hasn't raced since October 26 so her fitness would be an even bigger query than when she has raced her previously. That's a huge negative. Happy to Lay.
