Tommy Berry has incurred a five day careless riding suspension after partnering Reiby Regina at Hawkesbury yesterday.
Stewards ruled Berry shifted out at the 100m on the Jason Attard-trained mare Reiby Regina when insufficiently clear of Animoso in the Ascend Sales and Sponsorship Consultancy Handicap (1600m) at Hawkesbury.
Berry pleaded guilty to the careless riding charge and will serve a five day suspension commencing on December 3.
He will be able to commence riding on December 8 at Rosehill on Festival Stakes Day.
The Gai Waterhouse stable jockey has five rides at Warwick Farm this Saturday with his best arguably Uate in the Sharp Flying Handicap (1200m).
