Numerous lots receive pedigree upgrades after Australian spring G1 results.
Strait Acer acquitted himself well at his first test at Group 1 level in last Saturday's Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes at Caulfield, which was a timely performance for the folk at Phoenix Park in New Zealand.
It will offer the gelding's brother at this week's New Zealand Bloodstock Ready To Run Sale.
By Headwater out of the Wanted mare Most Wanted, Strait Acer has won five of 13 starts and finished fourth in the $10 million Golden Eagle the start before his eye-catching Sir Rupert Clarke third placing.
Phoenix Park's gelding ran 10.95 seconds at the breeze-up session and is closely-related to one of Australia's great stallions with second dam Honey Moss a three-quarter-sister to Piccadilly Circus, the dam of Fastnet Rock.
He is one of numerous lots who have undergone significant pedigree upgrades since the catalogue went to print.
Lot 338 hails from the same family as one of the stars of the Melbourne Cup Carnival, Pride Of Jenni.
The Empire Rose Stakes and Champions Mile winner's granddam Vouvray is a half-sister to the Lilywhites Lodge Ocean Park's granddam Syrah.
Lot 209 is related to the winners of Melbourne two premier stallion-making spring events, Ozzmosis (Coolmore Stud Stakes) and Griff (Caulfield Guineas).
They both descend from the Jungle Boy mare Getting There, who is the third dam of the Mapperley Stud's Time Test colt.
Tom Kitten, Attrition and Tropical Squall are other Group 1 winners from spring who have relations involved in the sale.
This year's NZB Ready To Run Sale comprises 383 lots, which will be offered across Wednesday and Thursday with selling to commence at 9am AEST each day.
