Australian thoroughbred TAB meetings are today held at Coffs Harbour, Orange and Stony Creek.
COFFS HARBOUR: RACE 2 @ 2:25 PM
LIGHT OF BOOM (2) began awkwardly fresh and never really got into the race in a CL6 over 1000m at Eagle Farm. He'll find this easier today and he is a second-up winner in the past. Wilkes claim comes in handy and he should sit closer from the better draw today. Can land the knockout blow. MOSKEETA (3) didn't give her rivals a sniff over 1000m last start when running away to score by 3L. She's a four-time winner at this trip and she remains down in the weights after the claim of Thompson. Can find the front again and bring up back-to-back wins. STARZAM (6) drops right back in trip today with the blinkers off following a 72-day let up. He was good fresh in a similar race at Murwillumbah when fresh to begin this campaign. Been a while between drinks but he won't be far away. OLIVIA'S SPIRIT (4) will find this easier than his latest run at Wyong and has claims. SWIFT CHARM (7) is better than he showed last start at Randwick and can bounce back.

STALLONE (2) changed stables this season and franked some good trial form with an effortless all-the-way win here 2 weeks ago. He won't have any issue stepping up to a mile and has plenty of scope. He carries the same weight and is poised to make it 2 wins in a row. TAKEOVER ARTIST (1) missed the kick but still ran third here a fortnight ago. He will naturally improve with that run under his belt and his only win was over a mile. Each way. TITHING (5) won her maiden here in her penultimate start before not having much luck from a wide draw last time out at Mudgee. She gets a nice swing in her draw this time and can bounce straight back into the money. CROWN ESTATE (9) will be peaking third up and is ready to put his best hoof forward. Each way value.
SELECTIONS: Stallone to win.
STONY CREEK: RACE 1 @ 1:30 PM
PAPAL ARMY (6) has been holding his own in tougher races in the city and should find this much easier. He has a good draw and is likely to settle close to the pace. He should have the measure of his rivals in this. PALACE WINTER (3) will be peaking third up and he too has been racing in stronger fields than this. He can secure a run to suit from a handy gate and is the main threat to the top pick, if there is one. CHESAPEAKE BABE (8) haas been racing well and will appreciate stepping up to a middle distance. Each way. LOVENNE (12) can improve quickly with the blinkers on for the first time.
