Synchronised well timed in Lexus

3 minute read

Jonjo O'Neill withdrew Synchronised from the Welsh Grand National in favour of the Lexus and it proved to be a very good decision.

Ireland!

Synchronised did everything right in the race - jumped well and finished on well to win from Rubi Light and

favourite Quito de la Roque. Most of these runners are probably heading for the Henessy after this.

Last Instalment's good form continued in the Fort Leney Novice Chase where he finished six lengths

ahead of First Lieutenant, who possibly hasn't quite got to grips with the bigger jumps and did have a

slight tussle with Allee Garde at one stage - there was only a neck between these two at the finish, with

the next horse home in a different race 34 lengths behind. How can you count that number of lengths!

The Christmas Hurdle was another nice win for super-mare Voler La Vedette who this time got the better

of Mourad with Shakervilz third.
